Berlin - The old and the new
I know this is not a new concept, I have already used it in my series of photos from New York. But I have to say that the juxtaposition of old and new is somehow even more impacting in Berlin, partly due, I suppose, to the weight of history, still very present in the aspect of the city itself. But I was particularly struck by how well the city keeps its history alive, and how this history is fully and respectfully integrated in its present, day-to-day life.
So here goes the last series of photos from Berlin. Places that surprised me, moved me, made me smile, think, feel... and want to come back to this city soon!
